About me
A passion for User Research and vr
It all started when…
I was a senior in college, on a Pre-dental job track that my parents wanted me to complete. I had a deep love for science and psychology but I never thought that I could combine those two worlds into what is known now as User Research. Everyone always said that It wasn't a "safe" option, and that there were better opportunities in the medical field. But I couldn't ignore the love I have for this media and technology because it's truly shaped me into who I am today. This tech has the opportunity to change lives and I want to be apart of that world. From lessons learned to feeling like having a sense of community. User research, technology, VR, games, etc. are so important to people and I wanted to be a part of that. I want to work and give back to the industry that gave me so much growing up and now that I've discovered this new path there is no stopping me from working as hard as I can to make an impact in this industry.
Currently, I am a recent Grad from the SUNY Oswego Human-Computer Interaction program. I ran the VR lab on campus and I’m passionate about experiences and research. I hope to one day use my skills in research and design to help the video game and VR industry grow. I have the skill set to be able to help any research and development team make the best informed decisions about their products.
